Mixed Media Project: Prepping the Canvas.

Apply matte multi medium using a foam rush to canvas. Attach variety of papers in a variety of shades, colors and textures to the black canvas. Allow it to dry for several hours or over night. Be sure to apply one coat of multi medium over the entire project. This process is very messy so I like to prep a bunch of canvases and have them already on hand for days I don’t want to get quit so messy. Even with the foam brush you will probably need to use your hands to get the bubbles out. A few wrinkles are ok but bubbles are not.
