How to create a crackle effect on polymer clay

Today at my LIVE Tuesday Schmoozeday show, I used Fimo clay and a whole bunch of other fun products you might have in your mixed-media pile and I did THIS:
Some of what happened was expected because I have done it before, and some was an experiment- like when I used Liquitex paint and acrylic inks, and Vintaj Metal Patina. Come watch the recording and see how I did all this!
